Thanks Karen Chace from StoryBug for the TV interview on FIBERS!
Watch the interview:

My grandmother was 18 years old as a prisoner in Auschwitz. After the war, she built a life in Brooklyn and established a successful sewing corporation in the garment district. What started out as a quest to know my grandmother’s story turned into my role as author, reconstructing a family narrative.

I was driven to know, how did my grandmother heal once she was liberated from the Holocaust ?  How did four of my uncles and my grandfather heal after fighting as partisans during the war?
