But that doesn’t mean we can’t celebrate all year long.

I’ll be taking Gutless & Grateful to Denver to benefit the Eating Recovery Foundation of Colorado this month, and then to college campuses across the country.  With an empowered approach to mental health, anyone can be surprised by the strength of the human spirit.

Know the facts and learn about what wonderful resources there are out there, chock full of tips, ways to get help, things you should know, and how to get the help you need.
